Leader in Me

Dear Richland Community, _ I am sure the news of us not returning to buildings this school year evokes many emotions for parents and students, as it does for our staff. Students are part of an extended family to us, and we are missing our family. Teachers are especially missing the daily interactions with their students, so we are grateful that we can connect outside of a physical classroom. It is because of that dedication that I can assure you that learning will continue, and so will relationships. The building may be closed, but Richland is much more than a building! _ We are proud to be a Leader in Me School, and we live the paradigm that leadership is for all. As I reflect on my past three years at Richland, I thank you for your commitment to growing our school community together with young leaders and teacher mentors. We have fostered a caring community that values differences and encourages leadership through a shared vision. If you are new to Richland, I invite you to browse our website and reach out to us to find out more. Sincerely, Mrs. Nicole Zuerblis Richland Elementary Principal
